Regularly asked questions

The stuff people ask me often about my pet services

The questions I get asked regularly... answered

:)

Do you have experience with rare or exotic pets?

Yes, a number of my clients have rare breed pets. I will do my best for you to adjust my pet care to their needs.

How many dogs do you walk at once?

Between me and my staff, I can walk up to 20 dogs on a pack walk. However, a more typical pack walk will be anywhere from 6 to 12 dogs.

My pet needs to go to the vet. Can you take them?

If your pet needs to go to the vet during their stay, yes - I will take them there. As part of the signing up process you give me the authority to act in your pet's best interests in the case of emergency and me not being able to reach you.

Can you take my 'in tact' dog?

Unfortunately I am unable to take males dogs that have been neutered beyond the age of 12 months.

Is there a minimum stay length?

Your pet can stay just for the day, or for as long as we agree.

Where does my pet stay during the day?

Your pet will stay in my home, adapted lovingly for their care. They'll have plenty of room to socialise with other dogs, as well as the ability to go outside if they want.

How do my pets get transported?

I have a purpose built animal transporter transit - I love it!

Brilliant - what's the first step?

You can book to come and see me in the navigation bar. We'll introduce your pet to the space, and show you around. This'll be invaluable before you drop your pet round for the first time.
